Unisex sizing.
Sizing is pretty true, these are not those kinda shirts you get and your normal size is way too snug!
For the blokes, if you do like it baggy/looser fit then we would suggest going up one size.
For the ladies - as they are unisex sizing they are a little longer than a usual ladies cut so true to size is your best bet.
